Midori Denied

This is a fan-art I drew of the brilliantly funny anime and manga series Midori no Hibi ( aka “ Midori Days ” or “ My Days with Midori ” ).

The boy is high school delinquent Seiji Sawamura and the girl is Midori Kasugano of the title.

Seeing as the last 3 items I coloured were the Land of Shadow Banner and the DN Angel avi and sig set I was sooooo happy to finally be colouring something which didn’t involve any shades of purple!!! XD

I framed this picture to loosely mimic the photo-style images found on the covers of the manga tankobon. I also went for a green background, since Midori is not only a Japanese girl’s name but can also translate as the colour green ( though I expect that it would be written with different characters ).
